Through the patron-only monthly newsletter, you will receive internal information about our development and will get a chance to participate on it.
Thus you can provide feedback, vote at polls or attend bigger online meetings.

The Initial Team Professionalisation
We are currently a team of volunteers. But we face significant limits of such work.
Partly professionalising our team would enable us to regularly:
- produce new content
- negotiate partnerships with various academic institutions, media outlets, NGOs or influencers
- seek bigger grant funding to boost Atlas development even further
- stabilise our operation in general

Will the content be free for everyone?
Our primary mission is to give everyone a chance to reflect on the situation in our world. Therefore, our encyclopedia will be fully open-access to any reader all over the world. The role of the membership community is to support this mission.
Are you a registered nonprofit organisation?
Our project grew out of the Online Encyclopedia of Migration, a non-profit, non-governmental organisation that has been registered in the Czech Republic since 2016 (we are officially called Atlas of Today's World, z. s.). Within Czech legislation, we are not permitted to make any profit.
How can I cancel or change my monthly donation?
You can cancel your monthly donation anytime via Stripe. The link is available below the Donate & Join button, in your initial registration email, and at the bottom of each members-only newsletter. Alternatively, you can email us at mucka@atlasoftodaysworld.org, and we will help you. Similarly, you can change your initial one-time donation to a monthly donation by following the same steps.
Write for the Atlas as a volunteer
Not every way to help is a donation. If you know a country, a region or an issue well, you can join our editors and write or review topics — as a volunteer, alongside your studies or work. Tell us a little about yourself and we will get in touch.
