About the project

Atlas of Global Issues is the second microsite of the Atlas of Today’s World. The microsite is the second of many to showcase our work and make current media more whole. Atlas goes beyond traditional information sources like the news, documentaries, personal stories, and analyses and captures the full reality of current global affairs. By bringing this complete information picture, we fill the missing knowledge gaps and augment the existing media landscape's coverage of global issues.
The European Commission's support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents, which reflect the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

Atlas is a nonprofit initiative that is currently being developed almost entirely by volunteers. By joining our membership community, you will enable us to create new topics, develop the interactive map, build partnerships, and deliver this resource to more people around the world.
